Katherine Dunn Elementary School follows a school uniform policy to foster school spirit and unity, to reduce distractions in the learning environment, and to enhance a positive school climate with less bullying, harassment and competitiveness. All students are expected to wear a navy blue polo shirt with or without the school name and logo on the front and KHAKI or BLACK pants, shorts, capris, skirts or jumpers of the appropriate length. Katherine Dunn shirts and sweatshirts are sold at Kate’s Logos 1221 West 2nd Street and online at Kateslogos.com. All students must wear closed-toe shoes (no Heelys). NO navy blue bottoms or blue jeans.
