The mission of the Pre-K Program is for all children in Washoe County to have access to a variety of high quality, developmentally appropriate programs with qualified teachers. Programs will meet individual child and family's needs as well as the performance standards that will prepare children to be successful in school.
Eligibility Criteria:
· Children must be four years old ON or BEFORE August 1st of the school year they will attend this Pre-k program.
· Child is current with immunizations
· Income is a qualifying factor for the majority of the programs.
How to get started:

· If your child qualifies and a space becomes available, a program representative will email you from PrekEnrollment@washoeschools.net during the enrollment season, usually beginning in the spring.
