Dear Parents,
I know this can be a challenging time for yourselves and your children. It is normal for us all to some anxiety and stress with this new distance learning and as we are all working from home. Remember, that sometimes children do not have the vocabulary to vocalize or identify how they feel. I encourage you all to start a conversation about how your children are feeling and what are the things that may make them feel anxious or scared. Below I have some additional resources to help with that.
Students can check in with me HERE. If you need any additional support or have questions you can always reach me at Lauren.Sabatino@washoeschools.net. Please see below for additional community resources that can help your family during this time. If you have any questions about this or need support in any way please reach out. I miss seeing everyone at school and I am thinking about all of you!
Ms. Lauren
