Zoning Advisory Committee

Zoning

As new schools are built, WCSD must make changes to the school attendance zones in order to populate the new schools and alleviate overcrowding at other area schools. All zoning changes first go to the Zoning Advisory Committee, which holds public meetings monthly throughout the school year. The Committee makes recommendations to the Board of Trustees who makes the final decisions.
