Caller Report

  1. APs use this report daily to assign call list to staff.
  2. Call lists must be printed daily or phone numbers will not print.
  3. Staff return call lists at the end of the day, marking who was reached and who was not.
  4. All calls are entered into IC Attendance Note Tab or Daily Attendance:
  • The person spoken with,
  • The context of conversation, and
  • When the student will return.
