Asking For Your Input: WCSD Reaches Out to Families, Students, And Staff to Discuss Reopening Schools in the Fall
What: The Washoe County School District (WCSD) has posted a public survey to provide the community with an opportunity to provide feedback as the District makes plans for the upcoming school year.
When: Open now and ongoing until Friday, June 26 at 5 p.m.
Where: Members of the community may take the anonymous survey at https://www.washoeschools.net/survey
Details: The WCSD Reopening Task Force will use the feedback gathered on these surveys to form plans for the fall semester. These plans will be presented to the Board of Trustees in a public meeting, and all proposed plans developed by the Task Force will be posted on the District website and made public via a variety of media and online channels.
Editors' Notes: Three different surveys—one for students, one for families, and one for WCSD staff members—are posted online now in English and Spanish.
The District encourages any interested member of the community to visit the website and provide information about their ideas, thoughts, and concerns surrounding this important issue.
