The Greater Heart of Washoe County School District

WCSD employees can nominate and recognize their peers for their outstanding contributions to the community and their schools.

Five grand prize winners will be chosen and announced during Educator Appreciation Week (May 5-9, 2025)! Winners will be recognized and will get to choose their favorite school or classroom to receive $500. Winners will also receive two suite tickets to enjoy the Reno Aces vs. Tacoma Rainiers game on Wednesday, July 9th from the Greater Nevada Suite behind home plate.

Nominations are now being accepted through 5:00 PM on Wednesday, April 30th.
