    Welcome to Distance Learning and Family Wellness in Washoe County School District.  The Family Wellness section of this website will provide you with resources to keep your family's health and well-being at the center during these challenging times.  The Distance Learning section will provide you and your child the information you need in the coming weeks to keep your child learning while at home. 

    Please note the following information regarding our districtwide Distance Learning Plan:

    • Distance Learning will begin for students on April 1st 
    • Distance Learning is for all grades including:
      Early ChildhoodElementaryMiddle, and High School.
    • Bi-Monthly Distance Learning Plans will be loaded on this web site as needed.  
    • Daily connection with your teachers and school staff members is important.
    • Teachers and staff members will be reaching out to students and families.
    • Watch this video to see how your student can login to Microsoft Teams in order to work digitally and communicate with their teacher(s) and classmates.
