Some sports may require coaches/volunteer coaches to transport students during the regular scheduled season or during State Championships. In order to legally transports student coaches must complete Administrative Form 7576 (Anual Request to Transport Students).

We strongly recommend that all Tennis and Golf coaches be cleared to drive prior to the start of their season. Clearance is only good for one calendar year, all request must be submitted to the Transportation Department for approval. Please click on the form below for specific requirements for approval.
