                We plan to make this year a great opportunity for our cadets to experience a fun and wonderful learning experience from the Sparks High School Iron Horse Battalion. Our goals this year is to develop our leaders, improve participation, and to evolve our teamwork and communication. How we are going to develop our leaders we will be implementing leader books; these books will help our Battalion leadership get to know their subordinates and take an interest in their wellbeing. How we are going to improve participation is by giving them incentives and forming a bond with our cadets. The Battalion staff holds daily meeting to ensure that every cadet feels welcome and cared about. With this improvement we believe the Battalion will build Camaraderie and Esprit de Corps throughout the companies and the Battalion.  With these changes our cadets will have the best experience in the Sparks High School Iron Horse Battalion. ONCE A RAILROADER, ALWAYS A RAILROADER!!!!
