Color Guard Request Notes
1. Color Guard support may be requested beginning 1 September through 1 May - Cadet uniforms are turned in starting in June and instructors and Cadets are not working or in school during the summer. Uniforms are re-issued in late August.
2. Color Guard requests should be submitted at least 60 days in advance as the JROTC program schedule and color guard request list fills up quickly.
3. Color guard acceptance for requests from organizations outside of WCSD are at the discretion of the JROTC programs. Donations to supporting JROTC programs, of any amount, are highly valued and directly impact their ability to support our community and represent with pride.
4. The Superintendent's Elite Color Guard (SECG) is an 11-person color guard - one member from each of our 11 JROTC programs. Requests for this color guard are reserved for large events where there is space for such a unit to perform appropriately.
5. Organizations can submit their Color Guard support request by calling or emailing CSM Reese above or filling out the digital request form below.
