Electronic Separation Form Information
Human Resources has exciting news to share as part of our continued commitment to improving processes and reducing manual work!
We’re thrilled to announce that the Separation Form will be going electronic and becoming
automated! This new process will align with our efforts to streamline operations and improve
efficiency across all staff groups—ESP, Certified, and Administrators.
When a staff member separates from your school or department, you can now easily complete
the new electronic Separation Form to notify your HR Generalist.
Site Administrators/ Supervisors: You can find the link to this form on your Business Plus dashboard under both "DEPT OFFICE --> Allocation Reports--> Separations" or "TIMEKEEPER --> Timekeeper Links."
Employees: You can find the link to this form in your Employee Online account under 'Menu--> Personal Information --> Separation Notice."
