Dual Language Programs (Spanish/English)

Currently, WCSD has two schools with a Dual Language (DL) strand. These Dual Language programs promote bilingualism and biliteracy, grade level academic achievement, and cross-cultural respect and awareness.

The Department of English Language Development is responsible for providing support for the Dual Language programs. In addition, the department monitors the Dual Language program implementation as well as the language proficiency development
