Edmentum Courseware

Student and Family Support
Edmentum Courseware is WCSD's online courseware platform for supported distance-learning courses. Courseware is web-based and may be accessed from a computer with an internet connection and supported web browser.
Students should work with their assigned teacher and school for questions about course expectations, pacing, grades, assignments, and school-specific procedures.
How Do I Log In?
WCSD Students and Staff
For most WCSD schools, students and staff access Edmentum through Clever.
- Go to the WCSD Students and Families page.
- Select Student Login.
- Open Clever.
- Sign in using your WCSD credentials.
- Select Edmentum from your Clever applications.
Your school may provide different login instructions for specialized programs or restricted learning environments. If you are unsure which login method to use, contact your teacher or school.
Using Edmentum Courseware
Each assigned course appears as a course tile on the student's Edmentum home page.
Course tiles provide information such as course dates, grades, and progress. After opening a course, students may review course details, view their Gradebook Report Card, and access assigned activities.
Depending on the course, activities may include:
- Pretests
- Tutorials
- Practice activities
- Discussion activities
- Mastery tests
- Unit activities
- End-of-semester assessments
Course content and requirements may vary by course and by the way the teacher has configured the section.
Monitoring Progress
Students are responsible for completing all required coursework assigned by their teacher.
From the Edmentum student home page, students can review grades and progress directly on each course tile. Students may also select Course Progress Report to generate a report showing current grades and progress across their courses.
Within an individual course, students can select View Gradebook Report Card for additional information.
Students and families should contact the assigned teacher whenever there are questions about:
- Whether the student is on pace
- Missing or incomplete activities
- Course start or target dates
- Grades
- Assessments
- Activities requiring teacher action
- Course completion requirements
