The classes are designed to provide your child with a new beginning and to encourage them to make better behavioral choices. The program is not conducted in a disciplinary fashion. It is a learning and educational opportunity, in place of further suspension. Students are required to attend the Substance Abuse Intervention classes with at least one parent or guardian. The goal is to increase parent and student dialogue about substance abuse in hopes of preventing further occurrences. The classes are for the student and their parents/guardians only. ***No babies, friends, other children, siblings, etc.
