Data Privacy
Protecting student privacy and data are a top priority. Federal law prohibits the creation of a federal database with students' personally identifiable information and the state of Nevada and individual districts retain control over student information. Any recommended data collection adheres to all federal, state and district privacy laws, including but not limited to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
