Instructions for Annual Training (1-page with links)
School and district personnel participate in annual training in test security and test administration. This training is comprised of the following:
I._Read and View
(1) View: 2026-2027 Test Security and Test Administration (video, 19 minutes)

(2) Read: A Primer for Testing: Policies and Professional Expectations
(3) Read: Summary of Whistleblower Protections for Testing Administration (July 2026)
II._Submit printed or digital signed forms to the school principal acknowledging professional expectations and agreement of confidentiality.
(4) Sign: Acknowledgement of Professional or Classified (ESP) WCSD Personnel - A Primer for Testing
(5) Sign: Confidentiality Agreement Form
III._Verify Completion of Annual Training
(6) Form: Acknowledgment of Annual Training in Test Security and Test Administration SY 2026-2027 (internal WCSD; sends information to WCSD Assessment Support)
*(6) Charter School Personnel sign training log at school site or submit Individual Acknowledgment of Training form to school principal.
