Highlights:
- Public Employees' Retirement System (PERS) - For most employees, WCSD contributes 29.25% of an employee's salary to PERS. No retirement contribution is made by certified or administrative employees.
- WCSD employees do not make Social Security contributions and do not pay state income tax.
