Mission

The Division's mission is to provide an avenue for students and families to voice concerns and to resolve conflict.  Through the Ombudsman Division, students and families can take advantage of informal means to address concerns or difficult situations they have encountered at school or at school related events.  Families will receive resources and referrals.  Conflict mediation and facilitation, as relevant, may be provided to support families and school staff to resolve issues.
