Hello! I grew up in Las Vegas, NV and I always knew I wanted to teach--Teaching runs in my family, so-to-speak, and I've always had a passion for reading and writing, so being an English teacher just made sense!  I moved up to Reno to attend UNR, and I loved it so much I never left.  I have started a family with my husband, son, and fur babies.  

I am looking forward to teaching Sophomores and Juniors this year!
