Board Policy Committee
Purpose StatementThe Board Policy Committee functions in an advisory capacity as a way for the Board of Trustees to maintain oversight of the Board Policies and other governing documents of the District. The Board Policy Committee is responsible for the review and revision of Board Policies, and creating a consistent format for policy development and implementation, including publication, monitoring, and review. The review process also helps ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws. The Committee operates in accordance with Board Policy 9070, Creation, Adoption, Revision, and Deletions of Board policy, Administrative regulation, and Administrative procedures/manuals.

Meetings begin at 2:00 p.m. The Board Policy Committee are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Meetings of the Committee are held in the Board Room of the Central Administration Building.
