Scholarship application

Fill out application and bring to Mrs. Smith in the CCC 

• Due March 22nd.
• Attach a typed resume including awards, athletic involvement, clubs, honors, jobs, experiences, and leadership positions held.
• Attach a recent photo as well (make sure it is NOT a selfie and is professional looking). If you need a photo taken, Mrs. Smith can help!
•  Ideally the recipient is someone who is looking for a career in the fire service but over the last several years we have awarded it to many kids who are heading to nursing school as a majority of what we do here is actually provide medical care to those in need.
