  • What is the Health Assessment?

    The Health Assessment is a tool that allows you to take a couple minutes to reflect on your current health status. Complete your Health Assessment to earn $480 in annual Health Premium Discounts for 2023. ALL insured members and covered spouses MUST have their own Virgin Pulse account in order to complete the Health Assessment and activate the wellness discount. CLICK HERE to view a How to Guide on completing the Health Assessment. Complete your Health Assessment between September 1, 2022 - December 1, 2022 to activate the health premium discount for 2023. 

    The Health Assessment will open again in the fall of 2023. Stay tuned for more information! 

  • Steps to Complete the Health Assessment

    1. Sign into your Virgin Pulse account. If you have not registered CLICK HERE 
    2. Enter your name, gender, and date of birth, and click CONTINUE to verify you are eligible to join. 
    3. Please read and agree to Virgin Pulse's Data Consent, Privacy Policy and Membership Agreement. 
    4. Next, enter your information into the fields that follow.
    5. Click LET'S GET STARTED! 
    6. Complete your Health Assessment, which can be found by choosing the Health tab on the Virgin Pulse portal.
