All students of the Washoe County School District now have access to Microsoft's Office 365. Accessing Office 365 will give students the ability to use web-based versions of Microsoft's Office and OneDrive applications. This will ensure that students and teachers have the tools they need to collaborate and share data from any device that is connected to the Internet.

How to Access Office 365 from Home
(Students and Employees)
- Username - You will need to use your student ID followed by @washoeschools.org for your username.
(Example Student: 1234567@washoeschools.org Example Staff: email@washoeschools.net)
- Password - You will use the same password required to log into the
school computers.
- Federation - If you are using using a pc/mac or mobile device not
connected to the district's network you will be asked for your user name (Example Student: 1234567@washoeschools.org Example Staff: email@washoeschools.net) and password once more.
- Resetting Your Password - Please contact your schools staff to reset your password.
Accessing Microsoft's Office 365 Applications
- Once you are logged into your MS Office 365 account, click on the App Launcher icon
located in the left corner of the screen.
- Select the program you want to open.
- Now you can open a previous document or create a new one.
- Your document will be saved automatically as it is created in OneDrive.
- If you wish to save the document to your computer select FILE --> Save As.
