Facilities Assessment

  • Who Are We
    The Facilities Assessment inspectors are part of the Regulated Systems And Assessment Division of Plant Facilities.


    What We Do
    We will be doing a complete facility inspection of all School District properties on a regular schedule. This will include a complete evaluation of the buildings and site, including the structural, electrical, mechanical and roof components.


    When Do We Do This
    We will do these inspections on a three-year rotation or approximately one-third of the District properties per year.


    What Is Included In This Assessment
    All Elementary Schools, Middle Schools, High Schools, and Support Facilities will receive an evaluation every three years.


    Why Are We Doing This
    This will enable us to discover needed repairs on an ongoing basis to determine how, when and where we will expend very limited dollars earmarked for maintenance purposes.
