Please go to the Forms section of this web page and download the Arctic Alert form and check off all of the items on the form, sign, and date then fax it to Facilities Management Housekeeping Operations at 775-851-5624.

    If you experience a brownout contact Facilities Management informing us of the condition. We will immediately dispatch a technician to turn all of the power to the building off to protect the three-phase equipment. We ask that immediately after contacting us you see that all critical equipment like computers and other electronic devices in your building are turned off.

    Natural gas and propane have a very pungent odor. Often times exhaust from heating equipment or buses is mistaken for raw natural gas or propane. There is, however, a distinct difference between the two odors.
