Payment for Class
The web registration system does not accept personal checks, money orders or cash, as payment for in-service classes. Registration for in-service classes will require payment with a credit card only.
You must unregister at least THREE (3) DAYS before the class starts to receive a refund. To receive a refund, there are TWO STEPS:
- FIRST, logon to https://washoe.truenorthlogic.com and withdraw from the course.
- SECOND, email ProfessionalLearningSupport on the day you unregister to request the refund. Your credit card account will be credited. For security reasons, Authorize.net provides refunds for credit card charges up to 120 days after the initial charge. After 120 days, the refund for a charge will be kept on file as a credit toward your next in-service course.
$10 Fee for Duplicate In-Service Certificates of Credit
There is a $10 fee for researching and preparing each duplicate In-Service Certificate of Credit. Payment must be made by check/money order or cash, with check made out to the WCSD In-service Division. In-service participants are ultimately responsible for keeping the original Certificate of Credit in their possession and for providing a copy to Human Resources for salary movement and a copy to the Nevada Department of Education for recertification.
