Section 504 / ADA Coordinator
The District's ADA Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as well as other state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to persons with disabilities. The District is committed to having appropriate processes in place to provide for the prompt and equitable resolution of complaints and inquiries regarding discrimination on the basis of disability.

The Title VI Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and coordinating the District's compliance with non-discrimination laws. The District is committed to nondiscrimination in educational programs/activities and employment, as required by applicable federal and state laws and regulations, on the basis of: race, color, national origin or ethnic group identification, marital status, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetic information, religion, age, a qualifying mental or physical disability, or military or veteran's status.
The Title IX Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and coordinating the District's compliance with federal and state laws related to sex discrimination, sexual harassment, and sexual violence.
Office of School Performance & Office of Student Services
The District's Office of School Performance is responsible for supervising the District's schools to ensure that the learning and social emotional needs of all student are being met. Generally, public complaints are directed and handled through the Office of School Performance.
